Where is the exterior temperature sensor for the climate control on a 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP?

It is behind the front grill on the passenger side. To get to it open the hood and remove the black plastic piece that covers the gap between the front bumper and the top of the radiator. It is like a short black stick with a wire attached to it.

If you have long arms you can reach up from the bottom.
