The Lincoln Navigator keypad entry code can be found in the back of the owners manual. You can only use the keypad entry code once and then you will have to enter your personal entry code.
usually on the trunk hinge
ive heard its in the fuse box. does anyone know where there factory keypad entry is for a Lincoln zephyr besides in the manual
The keypad code is usually on a plastic card in the owners manual, or located near the top right hinge on the tail gate when open. It will be on a with adhesive tag. Normally 5 digits. Hope this helps
Follow the instructions on page 85 of the owner's guide that comes with the vehicle.
it is under the driver panel where the wires are at there is a sticker there with 5 digit number
It's in the trunk, next to the air ride shut off switch, has the factory code right on it. Actually, the code in located on the Computer Module.

right trunk hinge or on module, located on pass side kick panel. It is a 5 digit number.
Every Lincoln sold has a different code. There is no one code that will work on all of them. If you have lost the code, then you will have to get the keypad reprogrammed. A Lincoln dealer is your only choice as far as I know.
There is no factory code on Lincoln vehicles. A 2003 Lincoln LS code is either committed to memory, or it can be found on the wallet card which comes with the car when it is purchased.
Usually the keypad code is located in the trunk of your car right on the bars that hold your trunk open
I had trouble finding the keycode for our 2006 Lincoln Navigator. You have to remove the fuse panel located underneath the glove box, which is to the right. I had to crawl under the glove box with a flashlight and look around inside the fuse area. I saw a tag that had 5 digits on it, so I tried it out, and it worked. It was located way up inside the fuse area, so I had to look hard. I wrote it inside the owner's manual for easy access later. Hope this is helpful for anyone else with the same problem.
