you fill your transmission with gear oil as opposed to transmission fluid for automatic transmissions. you fill your transmission by removing the plate around the shifter from inside the cockpit of the car. pop out the plastic console around the shifter, remove the shift boot (leather/fabric) then you will see the top of the transmission. there is a plate with 6-8 nuts that you remove, pop the plate off, and pour in the gear oil. make sure you dont over fill it. use the specified amount by referring to a Hyne's or Chilton manual. or you can find the specs online.
