There is one flasher for both 4 ways and turn signals. It is located approximatly 12 inches above the datalink connecter on the driver's side of the dash. It roughly cubical in shape.
The flasher relay is located in the junction block under the dash, to the left of the steering wheel. You will need to remove the fuse box cover and some of the trim surrounding the steering wheel to access the relays in the junction block. The flasher relay is the in top row, third from the left. It is part number 4686094
