By flasher I am assuming for the turn indicators, working at a salvage for several years, under the driver side of the dashboard, on the left side kick panel, you should have a silver flasher can mounted on the upper left side of the fuse panel area. Looks like half of a film canister but silver, carefully pull this out, should have 3 prongs on it. You can pick one up at any auto parts store for under $2 usually.
where is the flasher relay located in 2004 grand am
It is in the wiring under the dash to the left of the steering column.
If you are talking about the signal flasher it is tucked up under the dash on the drivers side. There only a few bucks. Happy Wrenching.
Check the answer to "where is the turn signal on a 1996 Pontiac grand prix?" If your looking for the hazard flasher it's mounted closer to the front and it's easier to access.
