Under the dash above the break pedal. Look above your horn relay and it is a round relay, that is your flasher.
Not sure for the '95, but on the '99 it's under the dash to the left of the radio
on the drivers side nearest the console it is on a clip under the dash How to get at flasher what needs to be removed
Pull out the old flasher (located under dash pannel above brake pedal, above the horn relay) and put in the new flasher.

Pontiac Firebird was created in 1967.
Give more info on what you have tried.. Go to question/answer # 19 on the Firebird faq's list, "If a 95 firebird starts right up..." Maybe this will help?!
1967 was the first year for the Pontiac Firebird.
There is no 2015 Pontiac Firebird or any other Pontiac. The last Pontiac Firebird was made in 2002. Pontiac is a defunct brand that has not been produced since 2010.
