The flasher relay is located underneath the gauge cluster to the right of the stearing column. You do not need to remove anything to see or touch the relay, it is level with the bottom of the trim right above where your right leg rests when driving. Above, not to the right or left. Very easy to find. For future reference, many of these questions can be answered by picking up a Haynes manuel for your car. Fantastic resource.
