From November through February it is so foggy that there are Neon Signs on Highway 99 and Interstate 5 alerting drivers of just such conditions.This is also the time of year in this valley that the California Highway Patrol escorts cars on said Highways ( and many more )So in summary it is this low lying valley that is the Foggiest Place in the State of California.
