On the '87 B2000 the fuel is under the hood, on the right wheel weld. It's white--fuel line comes in: goes out. If not there, look around the fuel tank. I have an '84 B2000 and the fuel filter is directly in front of the driver's side rear wheel above the frame rail as it curves upward towards the rear. It is a small white canister with in/out ports sitting in a wire holder. I looked under the hood along the left (driver's side) wheel well and it's not there on this model.
It is located on the right side mounted on the wall of the front fender in a wire
It is a triple rotor Rotary engine. A b2000 was there pickup.

Yes, a Mazda B2000 is most definitely a 4-cylinder with a 2.0L engine. However, technically Mazda didn't produce the B2000 as a 1988 model. It was made in 1986-1987. Then in 1989 Mazda made the B2200 Pickup, which is a 2.2L 4 cylinder.

It is behind the timing case cover behind the crankshaft pulley. You have to remove the timing belt to replace the water pump for this repair.
On my 1994 B3000 pickup it is located inside the frame under the drivers side door.
No, it is carburated. If you remove the air cleaner cover it will have a opening with a flap inside it.
