Everywhere I have looked including my repair manual says this year and model doesn't have a fuel filter. I confirmed this with my Dodge Dealer. On the 2005 Grand Caravan with Stow and Go, the fuel filter is in the tank and "never" needs replacing. ALSO FYI to make the most out of fuel milage, I was told regular oil changes, properly aired tires and NEVER add a fuel additive or cleaners to the tank.
The oil filter is still on the front of the engine.
The Dodge Caravan was produced from the years 1984 to present in the United States. The oil filter in a 2013 Dodge Caravan is located on the top side of the engine.
