Fuel filter is a pretty good sized can hanging on the driver side front wheel well, in other words, when you're facing the motor from the front of the car, look to your right and you'll see it mounted to the right of the motor on the wheel well.

How do you replace the fuel filter located on a 1990 Toyota Camry?" 1990 Toyota Camry fuel filter is located under the air intake hose, disconnect one end of the hose from the throttil body and other end from air filter box.And move the hose to the side. Now you could see the fuel filter. You need to use two open end range to disconnect the fuel filter.I believe it is 17 mm, not sure.Don't forget to put a piece of rag under the fuel filter, because you will spill some fuel.

Yes. It is part of the fuel pump assembly that is located in the fuel tank. A recent post on Toyota Nation Forum said that the filter is sold separately. Access to fuel tank is under rear seat cushion. This is not a recommended maintenance per Toyota.

Where is the location of the fuel pump on a 1987 toyota camry wagon

The fuel filter on a 2002 Camry is an "In-Tank Filter". This means the filter is in the gas tank and is integrated with the fuel pump. In order to replace the filter, you must remove the tank and disassemble the fuel pump. Toyota's service schedule, which can be found at ToyotaOwnersOnline.com, does not list the fuel filter replacement through 120K miles (as high a the schedule goes). Good Luck.

There are two of them. One is just under the the filter box in the engine compartment. Another one is a part of the fuel pump is located in the tank.

The fuel filter is an integral component of the fuel pump assembly located in the fuel tank. A recent post on the Toyota Nation forum says that the fuel filter can be purchased separately. The fuel pump is reached by removing the rear seat cushion and removing an access plate that holds the fuel pump assembly. My maintenance schedule does not say anything about replacing the fuel filter. A Toyota tech member of Toyota Nation says they very seldom have to replace the fuel filter.

You can find it under the battery on that side which is closer to the driver chair.
