if its a cpi it would be in the the middle of the intake as part of a injector assembly on a 4.3L
It is in the throttle body.
The pressure regulator is under the aluminum manifold housing...you have to take basically the whole lid off the top of the intake to get to it....can be done in under an hour if youre handy
It is on the fuel rail on the return side. The rail meaning where the fuel injectors attach.
i believe it is under upper part of intake by injectors- not very easy to get to. u sure it has to be changed??

Inside the alternator. When you get a new alternator, you get a new regulator.
The fuel pressure specs. are 9 to 13 LBS./PSI no more and no less.
