Left side of the engine as you are facing it, at the rear closest to the firewall. It connects to the Fuel rail and is held in place underneath with a button screw which is hard to reach. It will have a vacuum hose that will attach to the top front of the throttle body. Check the plastic line before replacing the regulator. Most the time the vacuum line will break before the regulator gives up.
