There are two strainers on the car. They are both inside the tank. Once you remove the tank and pull the fuel pump you'll see one of them mounted to the housing for the fuel pump. When you pull the pump from the plastic housing there is one mounted to it also.
FP is an abbreviation for fuel pump. If the car quits when this fuse blows you probably need to replace the fuel pump if the fuel pump wiring circuit checks okay.

Idle speed cannot be adjusted on this model. No manual adjustments available. Problem may lie in fuel pump, or fuel filter or temp sensor.
The fuel pump is the same up to 94. The harness should also be the same.
