It is located behind the drivers side kick panel. Directly mounted under the drivers small rectangle foot rest. You have to remove the 4 screws along the door sill. slide the entire plastic edging and kick panel. You have the slide the seat forward take out screws, then slide it back to get the other screws. because you can't get the screwdriver in there.
