Open hood, look to your left top cowl (firewall) , you will see two relays, the larger of the two is the fuel relay.

on a 1997 Chevy astro it is in a fuse-relay center - in a plastic box located just to the left of the battery. Take off the top; the schematics of what's what should be on the inside top of the box, as well as in your owner's manual.

There is no reset switch on that vehicle, you probably have a bad fuel pump.

There isn't one. Chevy doesn't use inertial switches for their fuel pumps. There is a relay in the fuse box, but it's not "re-setable"

I remove the fuel pump fuse or relay while the engine is running. The engine will run until the pressure has dropped. Leave the fuse or relay out until you have finished replacing the fuel filter.
