On many cars, there are two fuse boxes.
One is under the hood on the passenger wheel-well (black box, red wing nut).
The second is on the right side of the dash, and can be seen by opening the passenger door (faces the door).
The fuse box in newer cars, is located in the engine compartment. The fuse box and older cars is located beneath the dashboard. The dashboard light fuse will be in the fuse box.
The fuse for a radio is located in the cars fuse box. The fuse box should have a diagram if not check the owners manual.

The fuse box in most cars and INCLUDING my 98 infiniti q45 is located by the feet of the driver. For the Q45 it is to the left of the parking brake. Look and you will see only one hatch covering the fuse box. It is also shown in your Manual.
