Left hand side under steering wheel ,there'is a box that reads storage then pull that box all the way out and the fuse box is behind. hope this help.
In my 2001 Chevy prizm the fuse box is under the hood. Three separate compartments. 2 on the right toward the front and one on the left front corner.
