The fuse for the lighter is under the hood inside a square plastic box on the driver's side.
On the under side of the lid is a fuse diagram. The fuse is in the shape of a small cube, which I could only find at a dealer.

Remove the cover by pinching the tabs inward. The cigarette lighter fuse is a 20 amp fuse on the bottom row.
