in my 98 sebring,there is also a fuse box located under the hood not far from the battery.in that fuse box there is a yellow fuse holder in the upper right hand corner. remove fuse holder.it should have 2 fuses in it.fuses slid out the side of yellow fuse holder.they are removed and inserted as a pair.hope that helps
