I just got done dealing with this. It's in the fuse compartment in the trunk. It is fuse 71 (I believe) which is a blue (15 amp) fuse. Hope that helps.
where are the fuses located on a 2008 Nissan altima the outlets and cigarette lighter don't work
To replace a cigarette lighter in a 2008 Pontiac Vibe simply refer to the user manual.
See answer below.
According to the 2008 Ford Expedition Owner Guide : In the power distribution box ( which is " live " ) located in the engine compartment ( # 52 is a 20 amp cartridge fuse for the cigarette lighter )
On a 2008 Ford Crown Victoria : In the fuse panel below and to the left of the steering wheel , by the brake pedal : ( fuse # 16 is a 20 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter and OBD II )
In the fuse panel below and to the left of the steering wheel by the brake pedal ( it has a cover on it ) ( # 15 is a 20 amp fuse for the cigarette lighter in a 2008 Ford Fusion )
The fuse box panel typically identifies the fuses on the back side (my '01 Max has a sticker on the backside of the panel that shows which fuse is for the lighter).Another suggestion:On a 2008 Nissan Altima, the blown cigarette lighter fuse was located in the driver side panel labeled SOCKET- 15 amps.
