I asked my dealer the same question and he said there is no fuse for the turn signals. There is a flasher assembley. If you think you blew a fuse check the flasher assembley but where is that?
One, it is under the hood next to the battery.
Check tosee if you are getting poweer to the motor if so motor is bad If not check the switch at dash
try fuse first, if that fails you need a new motor It will be worth the cost to have the dealer check the system for codes. The problem could be with the latch or motor.
Check the fuse for the brake lights. If that fuse is blown it will not come out of park.
