I believe it is by or behind the right front kick panel in the passenger footwell
The PCV valve on a 1993 F150 is located in the top of the valve cover. it is a plug in type, and is easily replaceable.
It is located in the fuse panel underneath the dash.

There is no OBDII connector on 1993 F150. Didn't start until 1996 (97 model).
