As far as I know, there is no fuse panel under the hood of 1988 Corsica. The fuse panel on my 1988 corsica is on the side panel of the dash board at the driver's side. There should be a cover that you can easily remove to expose the fuses.

No. All Berettas/Corsicas have the fuse panel located on the left side of the dashboard. It is visible by opening the driver's door. On certain models, there may be 1 or 2 inline fuses located under the dashboard. The fuse chart on the panel cover should specify what they are, if applicable.

The flasher is located behind the dash panel just under and to the left of the steering wheel. Very cheap and easy to replace. Go pick one up for about $10 at any autozone. My 94 corsica just got a new one

some times the fuse panel is located under the hood on the driver side panel but maby it's located right under steering wheel. look up under where your feet are at and is located on the left all the way to the back and there should be a cover over it.

The Electronic Control Module (ECM)/ Powertrain Control Module (PCM) is located inside the passenger compartment under the dashboard behind the relay panel. Remove the lower trim panel under the glovebox for access to the relay panel and the ECM/PCM.
