fuse panel . It is located in the front passenger footwell , behind the kick
panel ( the interior trim panel , just in front of the passenger front door , at the
passenger's feet )

it should be located above the fuse box on the passenger side. It is under a panel on the passenger side under the dash. I think it has about 3 connectors going into it.
