you have to be more specific but a gas tank vent solenoid is usually underneath the vehicle by the tank. The charcoal canister vent solenoid is on the charcoal canister in the engine compartment. Both are replaced with a screwdriver or sockets. (Charcoal Canister and Vent/Purge Solenoid on this vehicle are located in front of the gas tank. Mounted to the gas tank and frame under the drivers door.)
possibly air in the gas tank. this happens sometimes if you keep pumping a little at a time, trying to get to an exact amount. It could also be water in the gas tank. this happens in cold weather sometimes. you can buy a bottle of drygas or something similar at a gas station. it only costs a few bucks and gets the water out. it could also be some kind of debris in the gas tank.

Fuel pump is in the gas tank. If you are not equipped, find a small shop for the repair.
The float rises and falls with the gas amount so there is no real way to test in the tank. The float needs to be out so you can raise and lower it while checking the resistance with an ohm meter.
