There are 2 fuse boxes, one is near the hood release on the drivers side below the steering wheel left side, the other is actually under the hood on the drivers side, that's where your dome light fuses and whatnot are.
A little to the right in the front part of the engine. Buy the part and you will see the the perfect match near the front/right area in your engine, with a small hose on one end.

There are 3. One you can see by looking down on the upper right of the engine. It is screwed onto the manifold and connects to a plug in jack in the back middle. The rest are sadly under the car.
