∙ 11y agoIts in the fuse box panel on the middle console at the passengers side. There is a diagram on the fuse box cover. I beleive its of the large square boxes the second from the top on the right

I am answering my question to help others. The flasher unit was not working. It is located at the driver's left knee. This is to the right of the fuse box next to the blue relay. You have to remove the bottom panel to get to it. There are two Philip screws, you have to pull it down and out of its snaps. I plugged in the new relay and everything is working now.
