This seems to be a part name that combines 2 different components:
The throttle position sensor on a 1995 Ford Bronco is located on the throttle body. It detects how far the accelerator has been pressed.
It is located on the throttle body, opposite side the throttle cable connects.
The speed control device or speed sensor on a 1995 Ford Windstar is located on the transmission. It is a plug in just behind the bell housing.
