The 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee IAT sensor can be found attached to the air intake hose. The IAT sensor will be near the air filter box.
On the front passenger side corner of the intake. It has two wires.
The oil pressure sensor is screwed into the rear of the oil cooler, under the intake manifold.
The oil pressure sensor is mounted on the rear of the oil cooler under the intake manifold.
At the rear of the intake manifold right next to the distributor cap.
5.2 v8 is located on the front side of the trottle body just above the intake.

Which motor does it have? If it is the 4.7L V8, it is on the front of the upper intake manifold, behind and off to the left of the alternator.
It is located behind the IAC which is bolted to the Throtle-body. Remove the air intake connection to see better, take the electrical connector off and unscrew the sensor from the intake manifold

The crankshaft sensor on a 4.0L Jeep Grand Cherokee is mounted on the top driver side of the transmission bell housing.
It is on the right front corner of the intake manifold. It has two wires and points out at a 45 deg. angle.
That is an oil level sensor.
There is no part called an idler sensor.
It does not have a mass airflow sensor.
The coolant temperature sensor on a 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee is located on the T-stat. It is on the passenger side of the Jeep.
The cam sensor should be located underneathe your distributor cap. That is the placement on my 98 Grand Cherokee and it should be located there as well on yours.
There are 2 on the H.O. They are both located under the intake manifold, and are bolted to each side.
Intake Air Temp Sensor It should be located on the intake or close to the throttle body
It does not have a Mass Airflow Sensor.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee didn't exist until 1993.
The cam sensor is inside the distributor.
On a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee bank two is the passenger side. Sensor two is screwed into the exhaust pipe behind the catalytic converter.
