The signal/ emergency flasher is located on the back side of the interior fuse panel. It is unbelievably difficult to access, or even to see. And note that it is not the standard- looking silver cylinder shape; it is now a black plastic box about 1"x3"wide by 1.25" deep. It's not held in by anything but it's 10 pins, so you can pull/ wiggle/ pry it out. I just found and pulled mine, I removed the panel below the steering column to get easier access. Now, hold onto your hat... the cost of the replacement, part # 10383321 is about $80! This flasher is trailering rated, there may be a less expensive flasher that is not so rated. If there is, that's the one I'll be getting.
