The engine compartment fuse box is located on the driver side of the engine compartment. The lid has the label for all of the fuses there, and one of the large square ones should be labeled ABS. If you are refering to the turn signal flasher, you have to remove the driver side lower dash panel. It is not hard to do, the flasher is located on the back of the fuse box. I have not tried to get to it without removing the panel, but it may be possible. There is also a retainign clip on the flasher that you have to remove to get the flasher out.
