The motor for the sunroof will be on the back side of the roof. The only way of getting to this is by dropping the headliner out of the car. Once you have the headliner out, there will be two screws or bolts that holds the motor in. remove the two screws and the motor should drop down,then just unplug your wires and you will be able to replace it then.... I would say that either the bearings in the motor are worn out ,so the motor has a hard time turning. Or it may be that one of the motor windings (electric coils) is bad. I would replace the disposer.
