It is in the Main Fuse box. That's the one behind the battery (but not the one on the battery) on the right side of the car on top of the shock tower. There are two 50-Amp fuses in it. It is the one at the bottom of the U-shaped box.

To reset the check engine light on a 1998 Honda Civic located the blue 15 amp fuse in the engine bay fuse box. The fuse is labeled ECU, and will reset the check engine light when removed.
Replace fuse in fuse box under hood that powers the entire fuse box. It will have highest amp rating.
A 2012 Honda Civic EX uses a 63 Amp alternator.

The fuel pump fuse is under the hood. There will be a black box in the left top corner under the hood. The fuse is the fist one on the top roll. The fuse is a 15 amp fuse a BLUE one.
THEY USE THE SAME FUSE AS INTERIOR LIGHT IF NOT IN FUSE BOX TRY ENGINE FUSE BOX IT SHOULD ONLY BE 10AMP OR 15 AMP. SLOT NUMBER 27.
There are a couple of phillips screws on either side of the 80 amp fuse leading to the engine fuse box. :)
On the underdash fuse panel - fuse #19, 7.5 amp.
If you look under your steering wheel you will find your fuse box. There should be some sort of documentation telling you which one is the radio fuse, but if not it should be a 7.5 amp fuse.
