There should be an EEC TEST connection in the engine compartment
on the passenger side of the car underneath the hood. in the corner of the firewall and fender.
In the glove box.

92 Lexus is OBD 1. There is a plug for Lexus OBD 1, and will not work with an OBD2 scanner.
Spark plug order? there is no such thing.

Hello, Most vehicles started with obd II around 1996. Your obd I plug is usually found near the bottom of the steering column or near the emergency brake pedal or behind the driver's side kick panel. Good luck ....... your plug is on the inner fender wall it is not a standard obd II plug but i have used a scanner on mine you may need an adapter
1993 is obd 1 and the connecter is under the hood.
