If the truck has a 2.5l 6cyl the oil filter is located on the drivers side near the steering arm and below the exhaust. The filter is horizontal and can only be removed from down below. The 2.0l four from the poor picture in the G.M shop manual probaly has the oil filter again on the drivers side but lower down on the engine block.

The 2003 Chevrolet Suburban fuel filter is located inside of the gas tank. You will to remove the gas tank in order to change the fuel filter.
The cabin air filter on a 2003 Chevy 2500HD is located inside the car. It is in the HVAC housing under the passenger side dash.

on my 02 it was located above the gas tank on the passenger side. its really simple to change you will need ramps or jack stands to keep the truck up, and wear safety goggles because gas will come out of the filter.
If your car is was built in early 2003, the filter is located just inches of your fuel rails, if it was built in later 2003, they used a different fuel system that I am not familiar with.
The 2003 Chevrolet Monte Carlo fuel filter is located inside of the gas tank. You will need to drain the gas tank in order to access the fuel filter.
