When you first start you get the tour well go to the ski lodge and you will see a sign that says "Everyday Phone Facility" go in there and then u will be given a test then you will become a spy. If that doesnt work then you have to wait until you Peguin is two days old

∙ 13y agoFirst, sign in to Club Penguin. Then, find the badge with an M on it in the top right hand corner. Answer the questions carefully and so that it looks like you're nice. you'll have it! But also u have to be a member for i think it is 30 days. Also even if you have only been on club penguin for a few days u can try and get another penguin to recruit u by sending u a postcard. If they do scroll over the post card and click on go there.
