Behind the ashtray is where it is located. You will need to remove the box above the ashtray to gain access to the relay as you can't slide the fuse/relay panel out otherwise. BTW if the car is an automatic the relay is white and sits on the left side of the panel
There is no OD relay. All transmission shift functions are controled by the vehicle's PCM, using shift solenoids in the transmssion itself.

The fuel pump relay on the 1990 Honda Civic wagon will be located on the fuel line. Follow this line to the gas tank underneath the vehicle. This relay will be located on the right side of the line before it goes into the tank.
in the turbo model it is in a relay box on the left hand side of the front passenger seat area, you need to take off a kickpanel to get at it (below and to the right of the radio. mine is a green relay I got from ftp groton. I can't find the flasher relay though, any answers?

The light indicates that Overdrive is off. The overdrive solenoid on the transmission has to be energised to allow the transmission to shift into 4th gear There are 4 common failures. Most likely first; * Bad Relay - The solder on the circuit board cracks. - open it and re-solder * Bad wiring * ** - Broken at the switch lights the light ** - Broken at the solenoid does not light the light * Bad switch on the shift lever * Bad solenoid Good Luck
Fuse 11 supplies three things: Overdrive relay, seat heaters, and rear window defogger. Common problem on a wagon are the wiring harnesses to the tailgate. I think the left one has the window defogger. The wires get frayed and short to ground. Look at the top of the tailgate hinges and see the wires. -Bob, 1986 Volvo 240DL wagon.
