I am replacing the O2 sensor (Forward of Cat Converter) on my '94 T&C today. If you stand dead center in front of your van, look straight to the back firewall, then down to the exhaust pipe. then slowly follow the pipe to the front, and it sits on top. It will have a square, black connector with four prongs that needs to be disconnect first that comes off the top of it and connect to a harness a little to the left of center, near the back side of the alternator.
