it shuold be on the valve cover Some do. It depends on which engine. One of the more inconspicuous is in the 3.3 litre V6, where it plugs into the intake manifold under the alternator. You pretty much have to remove the alternator to even see it clearly.
If you have a 3.3L the PVC valve is located under the alternator.
The PCV valve plugs into the rocker arms cover or intake manifold.

The PCV valve for a 1999 Regal 3.8 is located on the top of the valve cover. The valve pulls out to replace it.
The PCV valve on a 1995 Buick Park Avenue is located on the top of the valve cover. Twist the valve and pull to remove and replace it.

On a 1993 Buick Regal 3.1L, the PCV valve is located on the intake manifold. It is situated underneath the MAP sensor.

The PCV valve on a 1994 Regal Custom should be located on top of the valve cover. It is a plug in type and is easily changed.
Not exactly sure but I have a 1979 LeMans with the 231 V6 and I believe the PCV to be a vertical silver-colored valve located at the back of the intake manifold below and behind the carburetor.
