Te drain plug on the raitor should be on the bottom passenger side of the raitor but, if not look on thr driver side as well

The rad drain plug will be at the bottom of the radiator either on the left or right side. I allways just took off the bottom rad hose because it will drain the collant faster
The drain plug is just below the lower radiator hose.

I have a 2000 Pontiac Grand AM and radiator drain cock is located at the lower/front (not bottom) at the curbside of the radiator, you will need a hex key to back out petcock.

The oil drain valve on a 2000 Ford Explorer Sport is located near the rear of the oil pan. The radiator drain petcock is located at the bottom the radiator.
