Behind the passenger side wheel well liner towards the front of the car, silver with cooling fins and a large wire connecter
The suspension compressor relay on the 1995 Lincoln Continental is located under the hood in almost the exact center of the vehicle just under a smaller relay. It is at the front of the car, just look for the fan shroud and the relay will placed in between the two fans closer to the top.

There is a WOT A/C relay - Wide Open Throttle A/C relay - that shuts off the air conditioning compressor when you floor the gas pedal The wac relay is a solid state relay usually used to control the air conditioning compressor's clutch.
Likely a leak in the system, like one or more of the air shocks are leaking.
I have a 1995 Continental and have found both the '95 and '96 are alike. You will find the compressor on the passenger side front corner tucked in. You will have to deal with the windshield washer and recovery tank that is installed in front of it. The relay should be found in the center of the front shroud by the fan. Start at the compressonr (Front passenger left corner whilst facing the car) and go to the right. The relay should be about center.
the a/c system has a pressure sensor to it, it's on the accumilator @ the rear of the eng compartment. try using a wire to jump it if the a/c works after that tere is your prob
You are low on refrigerant, google R134a...
Air compressor/ dryer assembly is located in front of the power steering reservoir underneath the removable plastic shield that covers the front part of the engine compartment.

You have two relays, one for the a/c compressor clutch and one for the blower. The a/c compressor relay is located under the hood in the electrical distribution center. The a/c high blower relay is located inside the vehicle attached to the HVAC duct.
The air compressor is below the window washer bottle below the air cleaner on the driver's side behind the headlight.
On the firewall, passenger side, top left. There should be a relay block of four relays. Which one of the four it is, I'm not sure.
