I have the same type of car a 06 Dodge stratus sxt sedan and mine is located on the driver side by the door. you will need to remove the panel where your fuses are located and it is at the bottom right. hope this helps.
How do I disconnect the horn on my 2000 Dodge Stratus? Everytime I turn the wheel, as of last evening, it goes off!
Suggest you check for two powers at the relay when activating the horn. If only one then the problem is probably in the steering column. If both are present, then put relay back and check for power at the horn. worked for C hrysler 30yrs,, two main problems,, #1 Horn itself al lot of preoblems with them, If not it's the clockspring in the steering column,, Hope this is a help

The horn relay for a 2006 dodge ram is in the battery junction box in the engine compartment...i'm not sure exactly which relay it is , but usually on the horn relays ,if you are in a state that uses salt in the winter time, you may want to check to make sure that the relay is grounded...sometimes the ground ,inside the fuse box gets corroded and breaks and cuases the horn not to work.....or have someone push on the horn button and if the relay still works it will be clicking and that is another way to find it hope this helps.......
