What reset button? are you asking about the Inertia Switch for the fuel pump? If so, that is located on the passenger's side, beneath the dashboard, most likely just behind/below the upper edge of the floor cover, or at the right kick panel. == If you're talking about the inertia switch, in my 1990 F150 XLT Lariat, it's located on the firewall, driver's side, beside the main wiring harness pass-thru, directly below the brake pedal linkage. It's black, with a red indicator on top. I've used it before to drop out the fuel system so I could disassemble the fuel rail.

More than likely, its under the dash, usually in the middle. Its normally a Black box with white button. try behind the passenger side kick panel

i have a 1990 F150 , v6, and it doesn't have one. most of them don't. but if yours does then it should be under the hood near the drivers side firewall. behind the fuse box.
It is about 18 inches from the floorboard on the pass side firewall inside the cab.

As far as I know , Fords multi function switch is INSIDE the steering column cover . The turn signal lever and maybe the hazard flasher button stick outside of the cover
The passenger side kick panel is the panel directly under the glove box, next to where the passenger's feet go. The switch is located behind the panel. It is small, round, and has the reset button on top.

The fuel filter on a 1990 ford F150 is located on the rear left side. It should be right between where the cab of the truck and the bed meet. I just changed mine a couple months ago. Just follow the fuel lines you cant miss the filter
