The resistor blower on a 1996 Infiniti G20 is typically located in the HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system, specifically near the blower motor. To access it, you usually need to remove the glove compartment and possibly some surrounding panels. The resistor itself is mounted to the blower motor housing and controls the speed of the blower fan. Always refer to a repair manual for detailed instructions specific to your vehicle.
