Where is the single wire in-line SPOUT connector on a 1989 Bronco II 2.9 liter fuel injected engine?
follow the wiring harness towards the pass. side of the engine compartment from the distributor,it only leads to one thing!!!
If you have an A/C equipped model like I do, the SPOUT connector is right up against the evaporator housing on the engine side, hanging out of a wire harness. It's a black connector shell with 2 short yellow/green wires on one end, and a removable plug on the other. It's taped to the side of the harness, but not wrapped in it.
Hmmm. Between the head and the block of the engine. The fuel injected Vortec 4200 LL8 all aluminum inline six is a dual overhead cam engine. The procedure is a little more labor intensive than the conventional OHV inline six head gasket replacement. www.trailvoy.com Trailblazer enthusiasts forum with all the answers.
93 ford ecoline van e 350 put in a new ingition modular and a new distributor how do you set the timing when putting the timing light on it do you have to unplug anything first?
What is the timing specification on a 1985 Toyota Cressida inline 6 with a 2.8 engine and how do you get it to pass the smog inspection when it states ignition timing B15?
The simple answer to this question is that a V6 is an engine that has six cylinders, there are two types, Inline 6 and V6. Inline 6 means that there are 6 cylinders in a row and a V6 means that the cylinders are in a V formation 3 on each side of the block. On the Ford Bronco II or the early Ford Rangers you would have what is refered to as a "Cologne"…
The camshaft in the Trailblazer 4200 Vortec LL8 Inline six cylinder engine is a bit different in this new design as of 2002. This all aluminum fuel injected engine is a dual overhead cam design. It can rev effortlessly to over 6000 rpm. www.trailvoy.com All the answers for your Trailblazer from true enthusiasts!
I'm assuming you mean "engine." A 2000 Jeep Cherokee (XJ) has a Inline 6 engine (I6 or L6.) The Inline 6 is one of the best ENGINES Chrysler (or anyone else for that matter) has built. Instead of two rows of 3 pistons, like a conventional V6 engine, a Inline 6 engine has all six pistons lined up in a row; It gives the engine, side-by-side with other comparable engines, more torque.
