the thermostat should be on the upper raditor hose on the intake
IT should have a 195 degree thermostat in it so the computer will work right And the heat will be hot. THAT IS WHAT THE FACTORY USES

If you look at were the top radiator hose hooks to the top of the engine, you will see where it clamps onto a housing that has 2 bolts holding it to the engine.It is under that housing.
