Where is the thermostat located on a 2001 Mitsubishi Galant V6?

Remove your battery, remove your air filter housing & duct, follow your bottom radiator hose on the driver's side of the car, it will lead you to the thermostat housing. It has three bolts holding it on. Not too bad to change out.
