Where is the turn signal flasher located in a 2003 Nissan Altima?

It is behind the plastic panel that is under the steering wheel on the lower right side...Not easy to get to...you have to remove the panel then the steering coloum covers then a the large steel plate that is under the collum then the right side mounting bracket for the plate you just took off and finaly, there it is...The Flasher Unit is Nissan Part # 25731 1M200... Best of Luck

No they are not. The hazard flasher should be located in the fuse panal. While the turn signal flasher is located behind the dash near the AC controls. Can be a pain to find and replace.
