If you have not received the answer to your question I changed mine on my 92 5 minutes ago and once I knew where to look it was very easy. Remove very bottom plastic panel under the steering column, mine had 3 screws and slots which fit over pins on the front right and left side. Once that is removed you could remove the panel above, again mine had approx. 3 hex screws on the bottom and 3 tor-x screws higher into the dash panel. Once removed, it is tucked and clipped onto the right side of a metal bracket under the dash panel about 10" from the steering column. I had to feel for mine as it is not very visible. It is a cylindrical shape approx. 1" x 1" with 2 wires connecting to it. Iwas fortunate enough to have access to and exploded view.

Oh yeah, I should of mentioned to the right of the steering column when you are facing the front of the car.

Look in the fuse box. It is usually one of the cylinder shaped fuses. Usually metal colored. Pull it out and replace it.

The 1994 Ford E1 50 turn signal flasher can be found beneath the drivers side dashboard. The turn signal flasher relay will be above the brake pedal.
